The United States Government (USG) has a requirement for Cleaning Services at the U.S. Consulate General 50 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the provision of Cleaning Services. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations consists of the following sections:

1. Standard Form SF-18

2. Statement of Work

3. Attachment 1: Floor Plan

If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the attached Standard Form SF-18 and submit it to the address shown on block 5a of the Standard Form 18 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Prospective vendors are invited to complete a site visit scheduled for 09:00am on February 4, 2025. All expressions of interests for a site visit must be submitted by COB February 3, 2025, by emailing Siraj House on email HouseSC@state.gov to schedule a site visit.
