CCBC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified Architectural Service providers from NSW Buy Government Architect's Strategy and Design Scheme (SCM0801), for the proposed development.

Project goals

The key outcomes for the project include:

· Being the catalyst for a new way of working (moving administration staff to an activity-based work environment)

· Consolidate and improve depot operations, staff safety and amenity (including logistics and storage management)

· Improve recycling and sustainability services to the community

· Develop the design to cover the immediate needs of Council’s depot relocation with the flexibility to adapt the design for increased administration offices and supporting amenity
