Wyndham City Council is seeking a duly qualified and experienced Heritage consultancy firm to undertake the Council Heritage Citations review

The scope of consultancy services generally involves and by no means limited to the following:

• Reassess the significance of ninety-two 92 existing places in the Heritage Overlay through research, site survey investigations, and significance assessment including comparative analysis.
• Prepare Heritage Citations and Statements of Significance, and recommendations for mapping and protection in line with Department of Transport and Planning's Practice Note 1: Applying the Heritage Overlay (2018); and
• Undertake community engagement to seek input from landowners, the broader community, and key stakeholders.
