The City of Canning is seeking the submission of a lump sum tender for the renewal and upgrade of construction works to the existing Driving Range building at Whaleback Golf Course in Parkwood. This work will be Stage 1 of a broader multi-stage, multi-year redevelopment project.

The Stage 1 scope of works aim to bring the Driving Range facility in line with contemporary trends in golfing facilities and user participation. The scope is broadly summarised up as follows:

General upgrade of the Driving Range building

a - New works to the Driving Range building incorporating entertainment bays, a food and

b- beverage kitchen, toilets and amenities.

Worksite access and laydown area are shown below (Indicative only, to be confirmed with successful Contractor on site). The contractor access road will be provided by the City.

The resultant contract will be awarded to a single contractor to satisfy all requirements.

Tenders can only be lodged using the City's eProcurement website.

All electronic submissions files shall be clearly named with the City's Tender Number as stated above and the Tenderer's Name; and lodged by the specified time and date.

Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
