Tender Description
The Principal is seeking Tenders for the appointment of a licensed real estate agent, experienced in land sales for mixed use developments of up to 10 storey for the sale of lots at New Junction Midland.
The Principal has three (3) lots available for sale at New Junction Midland. It is anticipated that two (2) lots will be marketed in the first twelve (12) months. The decision by the Principal to market the third lot will be dependent on market conditions.
