This RFT seeks to establish a panel of qualified and experienced contractors to assist the Legacy Radio Network Decommissioning Project (LRND) in decommissioning legacy radio network sites, with the goal of exiting or transferring these sites, thereby mitigating the State's risk exposure.

The specific approach to be adopted will vary from site to site. Tenderers engaged by the Principal to carry out the works may be required to remove, and dispose of legacy radio network equipment, as well as relocate equipment to new locations. Detailed requirements for the works will be provided by the Principal prior to the commencement of any Works Contract, in accordance with the Contract. Contractors must hold the necessary certifications to perform tasks related to the removal and relocation of equipment (e.g., working at heights, white card, tower scaling/climbing).
