PURPOSE: Gunnedah Shire Council requires experienced and qualified contractors to provide all necessary staff and resources to carry out the construction of a diversion drain at Quia Road, Gunnedah.

TERM: The Contract is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks of the acceptance of the tender.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 10 February 2025.

LOCATION: The Project site is located on Quia Road Reserve adjacent to the Gunnedah Waste Facility in Gunnedah, NSW.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method stated in SPT452425GSC Information and Conditions for Tenderers.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that Gunnedah Shire Council are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
