The City of Port Adelaide Enfield Council has allocated budget for upgrading the Rellum Rd Council Depot site as part of its annual capital works program. This site has undergone partial development, with the first stage of its masterplan already completed.

The office building was constructed in 2022 and includes associated car parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The next stage of the development will focus on improving the site's functionality and enhancing its overall capacity for day-to-day council operations.
