Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to source suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Provide Commercial Cleaning Services Contract requirements.

The service contract is the provision of competent, qualified amenity and commercial cleaners to undertake various commercial cleaning and facility maintenance related services for Livingstone Shire Council within the terms and conditions of the Contract.

The service contract includes three separable portions whereby tenderers may submit an offer to provide commercial cleaning services against one or all portions, depending on their location, expertise and serviceability within the relevant market.

• Separable Portion 1 – Capricorn Coast
• Separable Portion 2 – The Caves including Glenlee and Glendale
• Separable Portion 3 – Yaamba
