DAFF is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced trainer to provide Foundational Agile Methodology training for staff early in the 2024/25 financial year. The training is to be delivered periodically in-person, in Canberra, with online delivery options available for interstate staff. The content must achieve organisational agility without a specific focus on any single Agile Methodology or Framework. The training must be Foundational and address the following key focus areas:

• Agile overview
• Scrum overview
• Project management with Agile
• Stakeholder management with Agile
• Agile Teams Dynamics
• Introduction to Agile Leadership
• Leadership Soft Skills
• Leading Change
• Introduction to Design Thinking
