Please be aware that there are mandatory criteria that must be met as part of this RFT:

- Responses must clearly demonstrate local personnel with local expertise and capacity; and

- Responses must clearly demonstrate projects of a similar scale and nature in Queensland in the last five years.

Any submission that does not meet these mandatory criteria will not be assessed.
