Council is tendering for the construction of a Pump Track, as well as associated park upgrades, at the former Market Garden site on Maxwell Avenue (located within Deepwater Park).

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. The work activity is to be predominantly located around the former Market Garden site, which is at 456 Henry Lawson Drive, Milperra, NSW, 2214 (the activity site).

A non-compulsory site briefing will be held at 11:00am on Thursday 30th January 2025.

Parking is available at the site access on Maxwell Avenue.
