Tender Description
The Queensland Corrective Services (QCS), via its Cyber Security team, is seeking to engage a partner for the provision of cyber security managed detection and response services. The primary cyber security event and incident detection and monitoring services are required to be provided via a Security Operations Centre on a 24x7x365 basis. The scope which is for Professional Services only includes among others:
- The monitoring, detection, analysis, response and containment of internal and external cyber security threats, events, and incidents specific to QCS.
- Continuous threat hunting based on cyber threat intelligence.
This ITO includes the following documents:
- Section A - Preamble
- Section B - Conditions of Offer
- Section D - ITO Response Forms (including Pricing Schedule)
- Deed Poll Template (Confidentiality, Privacy and Conflict of Interest Deed)
The Specification (Section C) and associated Core Documentation (Section E) will be provided upon submission of a signed Confidentiality, Privacy and Conflict of Interest Deed. To obtain a copy of the Deed for signature, download the document titled "Deed Poll Template" included in this ITO, complete the required fields, and email a signed copy to the Procurement Representative at Mudita.Goomanee@corrections.qld.gov.au.
