The scope of this quotation is for the mobilisation to the site and demobilisation of desludging operation of two lagoons at Mulwala and Corowa Sewerage Treatment Plant. This includes the dewatering of the removed sludge and transport to storage for future agricultural reuse or disposal.

Please note the following schedules need to be completed in order for this submission to be considered compliant.

1.1 SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES

1.2.1 Mobilisation and Demobilisation

• Mobilise equipment and personnel to the Mulwala and Corowa STPs.
• Conduct site induction and comply with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Demobilise all equipment and personnel upon completion of the desludging and dewatering operations.

1.2.2 Lagoon Desludging

• Desludge a total volume of approximately 3,500 m³ of sludge at 3% solids from eastern pond at Mulwala and the middle pond at Corowa STP
• Ensure that desludging activities minimise disruption to STP operations and adhere to environmental management practices.

1.2.3 Biosolids Dewatering

• Dewater the desludged biosolids to achieve >15% solids using a centrifuge system with polymer dosing.
• Manage the dosing of polymer to ensure effective dewatering and compliance with biosolids quality standards.

1.2.4 Biosolids Collection and Transport

• Collect dewatered biosolids from the Mulwala and Corowa STP.
• Transport the dewatered biosolids to the Corowa offsite disposal location at irrigation application area in compliance with all relevant waste management regulations.
