In January 2022, DBD procured a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, WorQ (the Audit Platform), and established contracts with the vendor to have the platform configured to support the department’s export regulatory audit activities.

The Audit Platform is now being viewed as an enterprise-wide audit workflow solution with a view to it becoming the single tool for departmental auditors to schedule, manage and record regulatory audit activities.
