The APS Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Employment Strategy (the Strategy) was released in April 2024. The Strategy recommended a range of headline actions including increasing cultural understanding across the APS.

The CALD Storytelling project brings to life experiences of working in the APS as a culturally and linguistically diverse employee. They support the second headline action plan of the APS (CALD) Employment Strategy and Action Plan to provide a safe and supportive work environment for APS employees to thrive.

Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) wishes to engage a supplier to provide the following services:

• Video resources as learning artefacts which engage meaningfully with the underlying issues faced by CALD people in the APS
• Collection of 10 - 12 interactive stories at 5 - 7 minutes length each from CALD employees within the APS to build cultural intelligence in the APS.
• Unedited footage for each of the stories captured.
• Final edits for all the videos.
• All videos to be completed as 1080p MP4s to be used on APSC Vimeo and published on APSC website.
• Written transcripts of all videos. Each video will be linked back to relevant standard operating procedures to assist with future behaviour change.
• 10 - 12 social media reels based on each of these stories at 30 - 60 seconds to two minutes in length.
