When Christchurch City Council enters into contracts based on NZS 3910:2013: Civil Engineering Construction, NZS3916:2013: Building and Civil Engineering – Design and Construct or NZS3917:2013: Building and Civil Engineering – Fixed Term (391X Contract) as the “Principal”, Council is required to appoint one natural person to act as the “Engineer” for that 391X Contract.

The purpose of this RFP is to appoint Consultant’s Key Personnel to a Panel of Engineers to the Contract to act in the role on various 391X Contracts.
