Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Balmoral Baths and Jetty Remedial Works. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to, in their related separable portions:
General
- Site establishment, safety arrangement and demobilisation
- Demolition, disposal and site preparation work for all type of works
- Pile drive recordings and reports
- Miscellaneous works as required to complete the Scope of Works
- Make good any damages to the existing structure
Balmoral Baths and Jetty Works
- Replacement of timber decking
- Supply and install new stainless-steel ladder
Timber Pile Replacement Works
- Replacement of twelve (12) turpentine piles including one raker pile
- Wrap new installed piles in HDPE
