The Town intends to engage a Contractor to complete renewal and upgrade works at the Wembley Golf Course (WGC) Driving Range.

The scope for RFT 2025-01 is defined in detail in the provided drawings and specifications (refer AEC2023-135-SW-001, AEC2023-135-SDR-001, and Section 2.9 of this RFT). The design (completed by Alliance Engineering Consultants (AEC)) covers SP 1-5, while the Town also requests pricing for SP 6 (which is an option applicable to SP 4) and SP 7 (which is an additional standalone portion of work).

AEC will be acting as technical support.
