This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASIC is seeking to engage a supplier that specialises in communications for cyber security inclidents to undertake a work program that includes, but is not limited to:
- A review ASIC's communications team’s current cyber crisis communications preparedness and provision of recommendations for improvement
- Delivery of a cyber crisis communications plan / playbook
- A workshop on ASIC's stakeholders in the event of a cyber crisis, which would feed into the playbook
- A 12-month retainer to increase overall capability, team awareness and ensure processes are embedded
