This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Government is inviting one organisation via an ad hoc process to apply to deliver services under the Program 1.5 Early Learning and Schools Support Program in the 2024–2025 financial year.
The purpose of this grant opportunity is to support the continued delivery of the Learning Ground in Schools (LGiS) program for 12 months, in 7 schools (both primary and secondary) across Greater Western Sydney. Chain Reaction Foundation Ltd is a not-for-profit private company based in Western Sydney that was established in 2002 to assist young people and their families to build strong social cohesion and personal wellbeing within families, school communities and society. They deliver a number of social programs to the Western Sydney community, including the LGiS program. The LGiS program aims to support student wellbeing and educational outcomes through capacity building, development of social and emotional competencies, and acquisition of the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral skills needed to help students engage in education and improve their overall wellbeing.
The objectives of the grant activity are:
- to support the continued delivery of the Chain Reaction Foundation’s LGiS program in 7 schools in Greater Western Sydney who are currently implementing the program
The intended outcomes of the grant activity are:
- continuity of LGiS in the 7 participating schools, including support and capacity building (training and resources) for teachers and staff
- improved wellbeing and engagement outcomes for students participating in the program.

The organisation listed at section 3.1 of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines is invited to submit a Manual Application using the form that was emailed to them.
