The City of Tea Tree Gully invites tenders for the fitout of the Golden Grove Recreation Centre, 1 Tennison Place Golden Grove, bathroom renovation project involving the internal demolition of existing facilities, fit out of two (2) bathroom facilities, two (2) change rooms, and one (1) DDA accessible bathroom, as per the finalised design plans and technical specifications.
