Tender Description
Maiden Gully was identified as a growth area in the Bendigo Residential Development Strategy (2004). Significant resources have been allocated to the planning of the growth area for over 10 years, however changes to the bushfire and vegetation removal requirements in 2018 have affected the previous strategic work undertaken.
A detailed history of the project is included in the Maiden Gully Residential Framework Plan Discussion Paper (2024) which is available on request.
The City is seeking to have a proposal prepared for a Residential Framework Plan for Maiden Gully.
