The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the supply of 55 fuel cards to be used for the purchase of fuels, oils, and car wash at any commercial fueling station throughout Australia.

The Embassy intends to award a one-year contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer without negotiations. The resulting award will be a firm-fixed-price contract for one year.

Please submit your quote to GSO Procurement - Canberra CNBGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than 4pm March 5th, 2025; no quotations will be accepted after the specified date and time. Your quotation must be emailed with the subject line: "19AS2025Q0007 for Fuel Cards.".

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

1. SF-1449 with the fields blocks 12, 17, 19-24, and 30 completed as appropriate)

2. Section 1, Pricing

3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications

4. Additional information as required in Section 3

Please note, for a quotation or tender to be valid all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract.
