Tender Description
Blocks C and D are buildings at Paraparaumu College constructed in the 1970’s during the establishment of the new college.
This project, the first of two stages, will target the reconstruction of the bay structures around the perimeter of the building together with renewal of window and door joinery.
Associated with this will be the replacement of the hot water convector heaters that are located within the bay window structures. Pipework will need to be extended, and new ceiling heaters installed within the suspended grid.
