Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide resurfacing of the two (2) existing bowling greens at Mordialloc Bowls Club.

The successful tenderer will be required to:

* Removal and disposal of the existing synthetic grass surfaces

* Base inspection and drainage rectification works, if required

* Irrigation inspection, and if required undertake necessary repairs/service

* Supply new synthetic grass

* Install new synthetic grass, including any sand or other materials, as required by the synthetic grass manufacturers

* Leave area clean and tidy

* Provide all hand over documentation including warranties and maintenance program
