Acceler Project Management in partnership with Coast2Bay and Kabi Kabi Aboriginal Corporation are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of an 24 x unit social housing project, spread across 3 levels.
To be considered for this EOI you must have:
1. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government funded projects.
2. Availability to tender the project March-April 2025.
3. Workforce and training policy (including opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, services and staff).
4. Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified).
5. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably on the Sunshine Coast.
