Strathbogie Shire seeks tender submission from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to upgrade the Roadside and urban drainage adjacent to 1-3 Kennedy Street, Euroa in line with the Infrastructure Design Manual standards and the ‘Technical Specification for the construction of Kerb and Channel and Stormwater Kennedy Street, Euroa’.

The work includes the provision of all necessary services and activities required to complete all works including the verification of service locations, co-ordination with others, demolition, clean up and maintenance of the site, associated civil construction works, traffic management, risk assessments, reinstatement works, and all required Inspections.

The contractor shall provide the project services in accordance with the requirements of the Purchase Order including the Scope of Work and Technical Criteria.

Tenderers are advised that Schedules for this tender will be required to be completed via online forms only. Strathbogie Shire DOES NOT ACCEPT late or emailed tender submissions. Tenderers are advised that this tender process includes online schedules (forms and word documents), which may take 1-2 hours to complete.

Tenderers to provide lump sum price

Prices quoted are to be INCLUSIVE of GST. Tenderers are encouraged to check tendered pricing, as NO changes to tendered pricing will be accepted after tender closing date.

Strathbogie Shire works within Procurement Best Practice guidelines. All questions MUST be directed in writing through the online portal. Please do not ring the Council, as we are unable to discuss formal tenders or quotations while open.

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a Lump Sum - including GST, will result in your tender not being evaluated.

• All Tender/Quotation Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated. You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.

• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.

• All communications regarding the submission must be via the Tendering portal using the Questions tab.
