The City of Bayswater is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres northeast of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.

The City is seeking Responses from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to develop a comprehensive 10-year Groundwater Reduction Plan focused on irrigation assets and services. The purpose of the Plan is to guide decision-making and prioritisation for the replacement of ageing irrigation assets and provide an actionable pathway for delivering a minimum 10% reduction in groundwater use that balances funding, asset condition, stakeholder needs and operational practices.
