Yarra Ranges Shire Council (ABN 21 973 226 012), here forth referred to as the ‘Council’, invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of Plants.

The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for one (1) period of two (2) years and one (1) period of one (1) year, to a maximum Contract Term of six (6) years from the Commencement Date. Council also has the sole option to terminate for convenience at any time.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Goods as outlined in the specification.

Council intends to select up to approximately six (6) panel contractors for the Service. This may change at Council’s discretion.

Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
