Brighton CAMHS
Tender ID: 577355
Tender Details
Tender Description
Arts Tasmania and the Department of Health invite submissions from Tasmanian artists to create graphic artworks for glass windows and doors in the newly refurbished Brighton Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). The artwork should promote a calm and welcoming environment.
The building will be used by children / adolescents and their families as well as CAMHS staff. The artwork will need to be sensitive to the key age demographic and issues surrounding mental health. Many people using the service may be experiencing high levels of anxiety and stress. The artwork will play a vital role as a positive and calming element in the space.
Allowing for necessary privacy in centre’s consultation rooms, the artwork will be a prominent visual feature, viewable from both outside and inside the building.
