Expressions of Interest are invited for an independent member to fill a vacancy on Council’s Audit and Risk Committee. The Audit and Risk Committee’s primary objective is to assist Council in the effective conduct of its responsibilities for financial reporting, risk management, maintaining a reliable system of internal controls and overseeing audit functions.
