The City of Mitcham (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of:

• Street and Reserve Tree Planting; and
• Street and Reserve Tree Watering (the Services).
• Council will enter into separate Contracts for Services for Tree Planting and Tree Watering.

Suppliers may tender for one or both services.

The initial contract term will be for a period of 1 (one) year from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026, with an option to extend for 2 (two) further 1 (one) year terms:

• 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027
• 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028 (options to be exercised at Council’s sole discretion).
