Council requires an experienced organisation who can demonstrate that they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the replacement of identified Commercial Swimming Pool Plant and Equipment (Works) items at Councils Aquatic Centres in accordance with the RFT Attachment B - Scope of Works/Specifications.

The scope of this project involves the replacement of selected commercial swimming pool plant equipment and to ensure compatibility with existing pool system.

The replacement equipment must meet or reasonably exceed current operational capacity requirements Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), to align with existing infrastructure - including but not limited to electrical, hydraulic, piping and integrate seamlessly with existing system to maintain optimal functionality and performance.

All proposed equipment shall comply with all/any relevant Australian standards, statutes, building codes and practices and industry best practices, ensuring reliability, energy efficiency and long-term durability.

* Testing of equipment

* Commissioning and Handover

Council would prefer Works are undertaken in priority order - as listed in the below table to ensure urgent works are undertaken first and to also reduce customer impact. Works can be completed between the scheduled dates as outlined below for each site. Tenderers are to provide a detailed program utilising the timeframes works can be scheduled as part of their Tender submission.
