DevelopmentWA is seeking expressions of interest from eligible Community Housing Providers/CHP-included consortia for the potential acquisition, ownership and management of up to 13 social and affordable build to rent apartment developments, recently supported by the State and Commonwealth Governments following Round One of the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF).

Combined, the 13 Projects planned for construction by DevelopmentWA consist of approximately 973 one and two-bedroom dwellings located on key sites around the Perth Metropolitan area.

Proponents should review all information relevant to the EOI, as provided in the EOI document and supporting material. The information provided by DevelopmentWA in these documents may be updated by DevelopmentWA at any time prior to the closing of submissions.

EOI's are to be submitted in the form of the Returnable Schedules provided in Part B of the EOI document, and must be submitted to DevelopmentWA via the electronic tender box at (see option below) no later than 2:00pm Western Standard Time (WST) on Friday 7 March 2025.

All enquiries concerning the EOI are to be submitted via online forum no later than five (5) business days prior to the Closing Date and Time. Enquiries submitted through any other mediums will not be considered by DevelopmentWA.
