Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a qualified contractor for the structural repair works of the Performing Arts Centre (PAC). The primary focus is on addressing foundation issues and stabilizing walls, sub flooring, and supports to ensure safety, prevent further movement, and maintain the building's integrity.

Tenderers are encouraged to complete a site visit to ensure their understanding of the work required. To arrange a time, please lodge a request through the question tabs and an appropriate time will be arranged.

Your submission involves the compulsory completion of an online questionnaire and uploading of key information next to the appropriate question. Please ensure you review ALL the questions prior to responding to enable a thorough understanding of the response requirements and time commitment.  

Council is not responsible for upload times to the electronic Tender Box. When uploading a submission, Tenderers must click on ‘Submit’ before Tender Closing Time.
