Mitchell Shire Council is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive Health and Human Services Gap Analysis Report.

This report will identify current service deficits, forecast future needs, assess the cost and impact of service deficits , and recommend actionable advocacy strategies to influence key stakeholders at local, state, and federal levels.

The report will combine service mapping, impact analysis, and strategic recommendations to address these challenges. There is also the additional option to undertake a detailed economic analysis.
