Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the construction of a new footpath at Menangle Street, Picton which includes concrete footpath, elevated walkway, safety barriers, stormwater drainage and associated works to Council standards.
Tenderers are to submit a tender based on the attached plans and documentation included within this RFT.
This tender should comprehensively cover all elements needed to manage and complete the work, including:
- Pre-planning and preparation (e.g. pedestrian management and traffic control)
- Material handling and disposal
- Provision of skilled labour, tools, equipment and materials
- Execution of work in a safe, high quality and efficient manner per Council's specifications and directions.
