Key problem/s

The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is seeking responses from relevant businesses and industry through a Request for Information (RFI) to understand their capability and capacity to deliver a comprehensive ERP solution(s), to meet current and future ERP requirements.

The DTA’s technical requirements include the delivery, data migration and ongoing support of the following functional areas:

• Human resources – hire to retire
• Procurement – procure to pay
• Finance – revenue to bank and budget to report
• Travel – travel and expense management

The DTA’s business requirements include the:

• Ability to facilitate integrated reporting and data analytics
• Flexible user profile management
• Connectivity and interoperability with third party systems and applications
• Embedded automation processes and workflows
• Security and operational resilience practices that are in line with Australian Government compliance guidelines
