Project goals

The Department Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water (DCCEEW) manages the Aboriginal Communities Water and Sewerage Program (ACWSP). Under the ACWSP.

The objective of the Baryulgil River Water Supply project is to transfer the Baryulgil community potable water supply from bore water to river water to provide a safe, reliable and palatable water supply.

Scope

DCCEEW is seeking tenders for the design development and construction of the new water supply and treatment infrastructure including:

• River water offtake and pump

• Rising main to connect to the existing rising main

• Water treatment plant (packaged)

Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting

A Mandatory online pre-tender meeting is proposed for Wednesday 5th February at 2:00PM. The meeting will be held online via Microsoft Teams, please refer to the Opportunity Requirements section for the meeting link.

To lodge a response, click the RESPOND button to submit your electronic response. Suppliers must submit their response into the buy NSW system before 3pm on the close date. Responses can be submitted and edited multiple times until the opportunity closes, with only the most recent submission being submitted.

Once submitted, the tender opportunity will move from ‘In Progress’ to ‘Submitted’ on your Tenders dashboard. A detailed system-generated email will be sent to the registered contact for all successfully received response files, and a notification will appear on your dashboard.

Don’t miss the 3pm deadline. Allow at least an hour before the tender closes to complete your submission, upload documents, and contact support if needed.

Uploading large files: The upload time depends on the supplier’s internet speed. Files are virus scanned and encrypted once uploaded. Suppliers are encouraged to upload early and wait until the upload bar completes to ensure success.
