Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide integrated system of parking technology that improves customer service and compliance with parking regulations through more efficient, accurate and safer enforcement methods.

The successful tenderer will be required to:

* Infringement issuing mobile application software for 10 handheld devices. This may increase to a total of 30 over time.

* Images online functionality for issued infringements.

* Supply and install 20 new parking machines if the integration with new solutions is not feasible for the existing ticket machines.

* Services for the support and maintenance of parking machines

* Services for the support and maintenance of 112 in ground parking sensors.

* E-Permit services/functionality for residential parking permits.

* Integration of parking infringement data to and from Infor Pathway.

* Services for the implementation, support and maintenance of the in-scope technology and hardware.
