Tender Description
Removal of the existing playscape and half basketball court, installation of a new play area with diverse play equipment, a new pathway network and a concrete half basketball court of the Wood Road Reserve, located at 2-22P Wood Road, Narre Warren South.
The play equipment items and components have been sourced by Council. This is a supply and install contract. The Contractor shall allow to liaise with all nominated manufacturers to ensure that equipment is supplied and delivered on time and with good co-ordination over required fall zones. Play equipment items are detailed in Landscape Selections Schedule, L201, together with suppliers and contact details.
Construction of the Works in accordance with the RFT documents, comprising the specifications, appendices, the accompanying contract and standard drawings.
Completion of the Works within 22 weeks from the award of contract. Council's preference is for these works to commence by the 28th April 2025
