Tender Description
City of Newcastle seeks submissions from suitably qualified, capable and experienced electrical contractors to provision services on as required basis and over an envisaged contract period of 3 years commencing 1 July 2025.
General Electrical and Communication services - perform installation, repair and maintenance works to the electrical and communication infrastructure within Councils' buildings and facilities throughout the Newcastle local government area.
Building Control Services - perform installation, repair, maintenance and programming works to the building control systems and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) at various council buildings and assets.
