Tender Description
The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) is the national organisation responsible for implementing the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme (the National Scheme) across Australia.
Ahpra works in partnership with national health practitioner boards (15 National Boards*) to ensure that the community has access to a safe health workforce across the 16 professions currently registered under the National Scheme. Every decision Ahpra and National Boards make is guided by the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as in force in each state and territory (the National Law).
The Medical Board of Australia, in partnership with Ahpra is seeking proposals for a national health service for medical practitioners and medical students. Ahpra, as the entity that can enter into contracts is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a suitable service provider to develop and operate a national health support and referral service for registered medical practitioners and students who may be experiencing health related issues as outlined in part A.2 – Specifications.

A.2 – Specifications provides the technical requirements for the goods and/or services in respect of which the organisation invites offers.
Part B – Conditions of participation sets out the conditions applying to the RFP and the RFP process.
Part C – Proposed contract sets out the proposed terms and conditions that will apply to the provision of the goods and/or services as set out in Part A.2 – Specifications.
