Scope

Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Level 3 inspection of bridges to provide a condition and structural assessment of twelve (12) road bridges and three (3) pedestrian bridges within the Canterbury Bankstown City Council Local Government area (LGA). All bridges are Council owned.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 - Description of Services of this Request.

Please note: Membership to Subsidence Advisory NSW Independent Assessment Scheme SCM4721 is NOT mandatory for this quotation.

Please also note that the successful consultant for this brief is excluded from submitting or subcontracting for the construction phase. Also, the successful consultant is excluded from advising any other 3rd party which may submit for the construction phase of the works.
