The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is looking to engage a supplier to run an online quantitative tracking survey that captures community sentiment.
Project goals
DCS’s key priority for this project: To continue to deliver the CSS data and insights for stakeholders across the public sector every fortnight.
Tenderer considerations: This project is a ‘field and tab’ engagement, involving only data collection and processing services. The successful tenderer will only be required to do survey scripting, run online fieldwork, and deliver datafiles. The contract will be to deliver 78 fortnightly survey waves over approximately 3 years.
Scope
Project background: Since February 2020, the DCS Customer Insights team has led an online quantitative tracking survey, the Customer Sentiment Survey (CSS), to understand community sentiment related to current issues. The insights generated from the CSS have been used to inform NSW Government decision-making, including to support policy development, initiatives and communication strategies for the NSW community.
