The Whyalla City Council is looking to engage a qualified independent person to provide advice in the conduct of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) annual performance reviews, and if relevant before the re-appointment of the CEO, in accordance with Section 102A of the Local Government Act 1999 (the Act). The contract is for a period of four (4) years commencing on 1 May 2025 and concluding after the final performance review in the 2028/2029 financial year.

Further details are in the Request for Proposal document. The Services Agreement at Appendix 1 will be used to formalise the contract with the successful Consultant. Any issues with the clauses of the Agreement are to be noted in the Statement of Conformity Return Schedule and returned with your proposal.
