Suppliers are invited by the Customer to submit an offer to SOA ITO TIQ25.032 for the provision of MarCom and Event Services to support the effective promotion of Queensland's trade and investment opportunities, enhance stakeholder engagement, and deliver innovative, cost-effective marketing and event solutions that align with the Queensland Government’s economic, social, and environmental objectives, as specified in Part B: SOA Details document

The Customer is committed to advancing the economic, environmental and social objectives of the Queensland Government, including maximising Queensland suppliers' opportunities to participate in government business, supporting regional and remote economies, First Nations suppliers and doing business with ethically, environmentally and socially responsible suppliers.

The Customer may establish a Panel as a result of this ITO comprising of one or more Suppliers, each of which will enter into an SOA with the Customer to provide the same or similar goods and/or service to TIQ Customers. In addition, the Customer may, during the term of the SOA, appoint other Suppliers to the Panel for any reason, including if the Customer considers that the inclusion of one or more additional Suppliers is necessary or desirable to comply with government policy regarding diversity in supply chains or the achievement of social objectives.

The Customer reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion, progressively roll Suppliers off of any Panel established as a result of this SOA ITO process to assist with the management of the Panel size.

The Customer has issued this ITO with the objectives of:

• Maximising Queensland Marcom and Events supplier’s opportunities to participate in government business.
• Supporting businesses in regional and remote economies, as well as First Nations suppliers.
• Delivering innovative and cost-effective marketing and event solutions.
