The Department of Biodiversity Conservation and Attractions (DBCA; the Customer), a Western Australian government agency, needs transportable accommodation for staff working in remote locations like Jilgu and Collier Range National Parks. This accommodation will support DBCA's core functions of wildlife conservation, cultural site preservation and sustainable tourism in these areas.

DBCA will use its existing fleet, including a Toyota Landcruiser and an Isuzu truck, to transport the accommodations. Therefore, the units must be robust, easily transportable and compatible with these vehicles, similar to those used in the mining industry.

DBCA plans to purchase two new, high-quality caravans from reputable manufacturers: one four-bedroom and one three-bedroom unit. These will provide essential housing for staff working in remote locations, enabling effective management and protection of Western Australia's natural and cultural heritage.
