Expressions of Interest are invited from suitable building contractors for consideration in the preparation of a tender panel by Fraser Coast Anglican College, Hervey Bay, for construction of Stages 1 and 1A of the Primary Precinct Expansion program.

The works include:

Two identical buildings each containing three classrooms with separate withdrawal and store areas, and adjacent veranda and covered outdoor learning areas, with a total floor area (external and internal) of 620 sqm for each building. The project(s) include associated services and site works.

Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2025.

Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees. Submissions are to be emailed in the first instance and received by COB.
